Suncrest agrees to reward "Points" to registered referring individual under the terms and conditions specified in the “NO SPAM” terms and conditions, the “General Terms and Conditions” terms of use agreement. and the ‘Suncrest Referral Rewards Plan’, herein provided. Suncrest reserves the right to revise from time to time or cancel its "Referral Rewards Plan" without any written notice to or consent of any registered referring individual.
Points:
a) 100 Referral Rewards "POINTS" shall equal 5% of net sale of software products received by Suncrest through its referral program as a result of direct sales to merchants referred by the registered referring individual. Total dollar value of any single referral "reward" shall not exceed $300.
b) Referral Rewards will be rewarded on software sales only. No Rewards Points shall be rewarded on any “hardware” type sales whatsoever, including, but not limited to, hanging bags and rack systems, print capture devices, computer hardware, etc...
c) Referral Rewards shall be considered 'rewardable' to the registered referring individual upon receipt of cash funds in full from the merchant for software products purchased, and merchant has remained a Suncrest client for 3 months.
d) Any charge-backs made by merchant for any reason whatsoever will automatically disqualify registered referring individual from any future participation in this Referral Program.
e) All referral points earned will be rewarded in 'cash value' in the form of a Visa Gift Card (details...)
f) Nothing in this referral rewards program shall be construed as employment or a working relationship of any kind between 'Suncrest' and any 'registered referring individuals'.
